DULY NOTED:Radioactive material discovered in a rubbish truck about to discharge its cargo at Monaco’s incinerator caused some alarm on Wednesday. However, the small traces were likely to be the result of X-rays or related hospital treatments. This type of material can be isolated and within a short period loses its radioactive element and can be disposed of by incineration.
