France’s political class has been outraged by a violent early morning assault in the city centre of Toulouse during which a 19 year-old victim was slashed multiple times with a broken bottle ‘for being indecently dressed.’ Of the four teenage assailants, the chief culprit, caught on CCTV, appears to be a 17 year-old girl already known to the local police.
