ICOMIA World Marinas Conference is about to open its doors in Vilamoura, located in the stunning area of Algarve. Lindley Marinas, specialized company in floating solutions for ports, which is participating as marina visitor sponsor and exhibitor, is currently working to supply a pontoon to support the sailing school and with dedicated features or adaptive sailing to Clube Internacional da Marina de Vilamoura. Lindley has developed several projects in Algarve, with special mention to:
- Lagos. For Marina de Lagos Lindley supplied and installed an aluminum pontoon for events, with 220 meters long, including an electrical charging station.
- Portimão. Aluminum pontoons for the expansion of the marina of Clube Naval de
Portimão. - Faro. A 100-meter breakwater on the Island of Culatra for fishermen, as several other projects with landings for the support of the boat ferries and fishing activities.
- Olhão. Lindley supplied a reception pier and a maritime-tourist dock at the entrance to the marina, in addition to the rehabilitation of the existing marina with replacing fingers
and pontoons in poor condition and updating the moorings. - Tavira. Lindley supplied a new infrastructure at the island of Tavira and at the city center to allow mobility of ferries, water taxis, fishing, and recreational boats between both locations. Lindley also manufactured and installed pedestrian gangways and access to the islands at Praia do Barril and Cabanas de Tavira.
- Vila Real de Santo António. Continues works for the rehabilitation of the marina
Associação Naval do Guadiana, including supply and installation of several pontoons as well as works on fuel station and a new ferry boat pier pontoon to access Spain. - Sagres. Installation of a new fishing pontoon made of reinforced concrete.
