The ECB’s Governing Council left interest rates unchanged at its meeting yesterday, as expected, but signalled that it could ease policy at its next meeting in June. The EUR/USD has been continuing to fall following Wednesday’s sell off.

The National Bank of Serbia left yesterday the base rate unchanged at 6.50% for the ninth consecutive month, in line with market expectations. NPLs ratio below 8.0% in Cyprus in December for the first time since the 2013 crisis.
