What will I learn?

This course is designed for candidates to explore leadership, management, motivation and performance. By looking at the key principles of leadership and the behavioural characteristics of well-motivated employees, participants are encouraged to consider how to increase motivation.

This course is divided into five modules:

• Module 01: Understanding leadership
• Module 02: Understanding conflict management 
• Module 03: Developing yourself and others
• Module 04: Motivating and motivating a team effectively
