The case for gender equality and financial inclusion

There is a clear business case for driving financial inclusion, yet the gap between pay, financial service access and leadership representation persists.  OMFIF’s 2024 Gender Balance Index found that key opportunities to promote women into executive positions are still being missed.
This roundtable will explore the policies, programmes and initiatives to close the gap, how intersectionality can be integrated into these programmes and how to access better data and information to monitor and evaluate progress.
