Maison Zoulias presented its new fabulous collection for Summer Season 2025, called “A Summer Place”, in the afternoon of the 7th of November, as part of the Athens Fashion Week.
Dr. Evelyn Stefanaki*, an international fashion faithful, was there with her camera.
The event took place in the wonderful beach area of the Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel in Attica’s Athens Riviera. The guests were transported there by shuttle buses. The show was nostalgic, reminiscent of the 50s and swinging 60s which is the signature of the accomplished fashion designer Vassilis Zoulias.
The designer has a known soft spot for classic Greek movies and the show was opened by Maria Ioannidou, the iconic dancer in these films, who entertained and amazed the invitees with her grace. The models wore floral dresses, beautiful evening gowns in bright colours and swimwear made from sustainable material. As always, the jewellery was created from the one and only Pericles Kondylatos.
The crowd of carefully selected elegant guests gave a standing ovation to the designers in the end of the show. Many well-known Greek ladies of the present. The end of the show was particularly touching with a musical tribute to the late composer of the musical hits of those decades, Mimis Plessas, by the fabulous G. Davlas.
