20 November 2024 – The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST) has launched a dedicated job portal to bridge the gap between employers and top-tier talent in the marine industry. IMarEST Marine Jobs (jobs.imarest.org) will be a critical hub, providing jobseekers with a wide range of opportunities, and giving recruiters access to a qualified, globally engaged audience.
IMarEST Marine Jobs is available to the IMarEST’s 12,500 international members, alongside anyone who registers as a user. Uniquely, it will also be integrated into IMarEST Connect, the Institute’s member only engagement platform, used by those who are deeply invested in their professional development and industry best practices.
The launch of the new job portal comes at a crucial time for the IMarEST, as it introduces its ‘Marine Partner’ scheme for corporate members. Marine Partnership offers numerous benefits, including preferential rates for IMarEST Marine Jobs. The platform will also dovetail with several new learning and development initiatives at the Institute, aimed at supporting career progression.
