Baltic Exchange hosts shipping community for festive end-of-year party in Greece
Baltic Exchange was delighted to once again welcome the entire shipping community to Greece as it hosted its annual Athens Christmas Cocktail Party at Balthazar Penthouse in early December. More than 150 members of the Hellenic shipping community, including Baltic members, non-members, partners and friends gathered at the historic venue in Athens to celebrate another fantastic year and kick start the festive period in style.
As you may be aware, I will be stepping down as Chairman at the end of this year and, although it is incredibly sad to step away for this role, I am honoured to have been able to represent all of our members around the world over the past two years.
Guy Hindley appointed new Baltic Exchange Chairman
Guy Hindley has been appointed as the new Chairman of the Baltic Exchange Council, with effect from 1 January 2025, following the leadership of Lord Jeffrey Mountevans who has held the position for the past two years.
