Athena and Telemachus Mentoring 2025

Dear Friends,
We are thrilled to celebrate the 10th year of our mentoring programmes “Athena and Telemachus”, designed to empower individuals by connecting them with accomplished mentors from around the world! Leadership development, personal growth, and social impact are at the heart of “Athena and Telemachus”, offering young people and women of any age, the opportunity to gain valuable insights, guidance, and support from experienced professionals across diverse sectors.

In ten years we have mentored more than 500 individuals, who have not only benefited from personalised mentoring sessions, but also become part of a global network committed to positive transformation and collaboration across borders.

Research shows that 89% of mentees go on to mentor others—proof that mentoring creates a lasting legacy. This year, we continue building on that legacy. I’m very excited to present our mentors and mentees participating in this year’s programme.

Mentoring is a gift—of time, trust, and transformation. It’s a journey of learning on both sides, and a unique opportunity to unlock potential, exchange perspectives, and ignite meaningful change. I’m incredibly excited for what lies ahead. Off onto a new cycle of inspiration, purpose, and global connection. My gratitude goes to our incredibly talented and purposeful mentors and to our sponsors and partners who enables us to deliver this work.

With warmest wishes,
Elizabeth Filippouli
