More UK billionaires are opting for Monaco, as Ian and Richard Livingstone, described as among the UK’s richest property investors, have taken up Monaco tax residency, according to Bloomberg, citing public records. Their departure from the UK comes in the wake of a number of tax changes, including the ending of non-dom status and changes to the inheritance tax regime. The Livingstones are no strangers to the Principality, having held major investments in Monaco for a number of years. Ian, 62, and Richard, 60, have a fortune of £6.4 billion (7.5 billion euros), according to the benchmark Bloomberg Billionaires Index.
