Further to our announcement on the sixth of June, here we go with the kick-start of this unique event/theme summit: “A dialogue between Academia & The Maritime Industry”, organised by the University of the Aegean – Department of Shipping, Trade and Transport. The summit is under the auspices of Greece’s Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Insular Policy as well as the Hellenic Chamber of Shipping.
We shall revert with a full recap / coverage of this two days summit in Chios and Oinnousses. Good to see many members of the London Chian / Oinoussian Shipping fraternity as well as many members of the Chios Marine Club attending this unique two day summit!
