Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife, visited the ship PETROBAY (Boluda Tankers), dedicated to the supply of bunkering in Tenerife, during the consideration of her Captain to obtain the pilotage exemption
