HELMEPA on Adm. E.E. Mitropoulos’ Lloyd’s List’s Lifetime Achievement Award

The Honorary Secretary-General of IMO Admiral (Rt. HCG)  Efthymios Mitropoulos was presented yesterday, September 28th, 2016 with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award of the annual Lloyd’s List Global Shipping Awards at an event at London’s Maritime Museum.

All of us in HELMEPA express our warmest congratulations to Mr Mitropoulos who is also an Honorary Member of the association and a long standing supporter of the voluntary efforts of the Members of HELMEPA towards safe ships in clean seas and the environmental awareness of the younger generation in Greece and worldwide.
