Secure Cold Chain Compliance: Euroscan X3 and MX2

ORBCOMM will showcase the latest developments in its temperature recorder and transport refrigeration monitoring systems for reefer monitoring, with the Euroscan X3temperature recorder and the HACCP-compliant Euroscan MX2 communication module. Both devices are ideally suited for cold chain maintenance and reliable transport refrigeration monitoring. They are GAMP 5 certified and the MX2 also meets HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) requirements. As part of ORBCOMM’s cold chain compliance solutions, they can be used on a variety of means of transport and score points in harsh road, rail and sea environments.

New GT 1200 series: Advanced solar-powered tracking for dry trailers and containers with integrated cargo sensors in one device

ORBCOMM’s new GT 1200 series delivers enhanced visibility and utilisation for dry trailers and containers.  It provides global cargo visibility through an integrated cargo sensor and enhanced wireless door sensor support, together with improved solar-powered charging capacity even in indirect sunlight, as well as new built-in tamper resistance and impact detection. With a new ultra-compact design, the GT 1200 series can be installed on all asset types, even in narrow corrugations, either in vertical or horizontal orientation and with quick and easy deployment.

CT 3000 Series: The next generation solution for reefer container tracking

Also on display will be the CT 3000 series, the next generation of refrigerated container monitoring from ORBCOMM. The CT 3000 is installed permanently for continuous tracking; the CT 3100 allows for temporary installation to monitor assets while on a trip, a vessel or at a terminal.

Bus and Coach telematics solutions

ORBCOMM will also demonstrate the latest developments in its Bus & Coach Management solution, which improves tachograph compliance, driver performance, fleet safety, operational efficiency and workforce productivity. The solution combines tachograph compliance, in-cab messaging and jobs, driver performance scoring, fuel monitoring and DVIR monitoring for faster maintenance. This includes managing tachograph regulations known as the “12 Day Rule” which permits coach drivers to take advantage of driving time regulations on international coach tour trips

GT 1020: Real-time asset tracking and monitoring for heavy equipment

The GT 1020 is a new compact all-in-one telematics device designed for use in multiple asset tracking applications in mining, construction and other demanding environments. Equipped with integrated LTE 4G/3G/2G cellular and GPS antennas, the GT 1020 will withstand extreme weather and environmental conditions such as dust, water, shock and vibration for uninterrupted connections and constant operation. The GT 1020 is quick and easy to assemble and disassemble and, thanks to its small size, can also be discreetly installed on smaller vehicles and equipment to prevent theft and tampering. A permanently installed, rechargeable battery allows reporting for up to nine months without an external power supply, depending on the reporting frequency. The device is available as part of ORBCOMM’s turnkey FleetEdge solution, with APIs and integration tools also available to facilitate integration with proprietary and third-party applications.
