Kallichoron Art Boutique Hotel has won awards for responsible business, corporate social responsibility, sustainability and for its delicious food. Now, like the entire tourism sector, this Dodecanese retreat on Astypalea Island enters a new era in which Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions are reshaping the rules for hospitality. We asked Maria Mavroudi, a co-founder of the hotel and a marine insurance broker, how she sees the future for her much-praised venue.
