Monaco National Day 2020
Thursday November 19

The traditional celebrations for Monaco’s National Day have been slimmed down as a result of the resurgence of coronavirus, but not to worry as November 19 will remain a public holiday and the essentials remain in place.

Cecilia Bartoli et les Musiciens du Prince-Monaco
Thursday November 19, from 18:30 at the Grimaldi Forum

The Monte Carlo Opera presents a performance dedicated to Monaco National Day in the Salle Princes of the Grimaldi Forum. The event of the day will commence at 18:30 but guests can only attend if they have been invited by the Palace.

Carmen
Friday November 20 and Sunday November 22, at the Grimaldi Forum

Another Monte Carlo Opera performance, ‘Carmen,’ with music from George Bizet, will be performed in the Salle Princes of the Grimaldi Forum on two dates.

The event was listed as free to attend on the ‘Culture & Vous A Monaco‘ program, and perhaps partly owing to this, the show is now fully reserved on both dates.
Imprévus 1
Saturday November 21, from 14:30 and 18:30 at the Théâtre des Variétés

The Monte Carlo Ballet presents ‘Imprévus 1’, another event listed on the ‘Culture & Vous A Monaco‘ program. The Théâtre des Variétés will see two performances on November 21, the first being at 14:30 while the second will begin at 18:30, although it is recommended to arrive an hour before the show.

Tickets to the performance are going for a rare rate of 5 euros each, and can be bought at the ticket office in the Atrium of the Casino de Monte-Carlo. For more information regarding the performance, click here.
