We are thrilled to announce a remarkable success story arising from the YES Forum’s Open Day held at Furuno Hellas in October. One of our enthusiastic participants demonstrated exceptional courage and initiative during the event, engaging in discussions with the HR Manager to express her keen interest in an open position. This bold move ultimately led to her recruitment as the International Service Coordinator at the company.
On the 5th of October, 2023, our first Open Day at Furuno Hellas for the year unfolded. Among the participants, one individual stood out for her courage and determination. She seized the opportunity to discuss her aspirations directly with the HR director, setting in motion a series of events that would shape her professional future.
In a swift turn of events, within just one and a half weeks, the participant emerged successful through two rounds of interviews. Today, she proudly holds the esteemed position of the new International Service Coordinator at Furuno Hellas.
This accomplishment fills us with great pride and joy. Witnessing YES Forum’s volunteers and participants thrive and succeed through our activities is immensely satisfying.
