POSEIDON MED ANNOUNCEMENT: STAKEHOLDERS CONFERENCE AT ZAPPEION CANCELLED
We regret to announce that the Conference of the POSEIDON MED Programme, which was scheduled to take place on 30th June at the Zappeion Megaro, has been cancelled due to force majeure. The latest developments have created significant organisational difficulties whilst they have additionally monopolised the interest of the stakeholders and the public. Under this prism, the gathering of political and financial stakeholders as well as key players of the shipping community together with European Commissioners, would not deliver the outcome that we all anticipated for Greek Shipping industry.
It is in the plans and intentions of the Organising Committee of the Programme, to define a new date for the subject Conference to be carried out, the soonest possible. We wish to sincerely thank all the registered conveners as well as everyone, who have expressed interest to attend. The scale of acceptance witnessed for this specific meeting is binding for a very successful event right after the conditions allow.
