CMB divests its stake in Clarksons

After the earlier announced sale of 720.000 Clarksons shares early January, CMB has completely divested its participating interest in Clarksons over the course of recent weeks. A total of 3.239.650 Clarksons shares were sold this year, representing a total amount of USD 58.500.000. The capital gain – that will be recorded in the first quarter results – amounts to USD 41.502.000
