The shares in Origio AS will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be Thursday 23 August 2012.
Origio AS has in letter dated 4 July 2012 pursuant to Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4) cf. Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company’s shares from Oslo Børs.
Oslo Børs has on 21 August 2012 made the following resolution:
”The shares in Origio AS will be delisted from Oslo Børs. Last day of listing will be 23 August 2012.”
