This year’s scholarship of HELMEPA in memory of the Association’s late Chairman, Captain Vassilis C. Constantakopoulos, amounting to € 15.000 is awarded to Ms Helen Tsolkas, graduate student of the Department of Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Crete.
Ms. Tsolkas has been accepted at the Imperial College of London for a postgraduate Masters’ degree on “Hydrology and Water Resources Management”, commencing in September 2012.
