CMB confirms the successful completion of a private placement of the 535.000 treasury shares held in its portfolio. The placement was executed through an accelerated bookbuilding procedure with institutional investors.
The placement was completed at a price of EUR 20, 50 per share and was 2, 7 times
oversubscribed.
As part of this placement, Saverco en Victrix – reference shareholders of CMB – acquired
105.000 and 17.500 shares respectively. Following this operation and taking into account
earlier notifications the shareholder structure of CMB can be summarised as follows:
SAVERCO NV/Marc Saverys 17.565.000 50, 19%
VICTRIX NV/Virginie Saverys 5.613.625 16, 04%
Derden 11.821.375 33, 77%
35.000.000 100, 00%
This operation has no impact on the results of the Group but strengthens the Group’s cash
position by almost EUR 11 million.
The private placement was organised by Petercam NV.
