The IMSO Director General has today announced the establishment of the IMSO Expert/Consultancy Programme with the aim of creating a list of appropriate experts and/or consultants to assist in the evaluation of mobile satellite communications systems for the GMDSS.
The details of the programme and registration forms are available from www.imso.org.
IMSO Member States have been invited to nominate experts in the required field(s) of expertise who could be seconded to IMSO to serve on an IMSO Independent Group of Experts.
Independent professionals can also apply to be considered as experts and/or consultants, using the attached including an application form.
