Milton Keynes based Guideline Publications is excited to announce the UK launch of lifestyle magazine Tathaastu. Currently available internationally in over 20 countries, the magazine launches in the UK on 24 April and is dedicated to the well-being of mind, body and soul and features in-depth articles on yoga and holistic practices.
Guideline Publications is the publishing arm of Regal Litho, a leading printing and publishing company. Established in Milton Keynes in 1988, Regal provides high quality print to businesses and organisations both locally and nationally; printing a wide range of brochures, prospectuses, newsletters and business stationery as well as football, theatre and event programmes. With years of experience in the printing industry Regal expanded its operation a few years ago to encompass publishing.

The magazine will be published six times a year and is written by a diverse group of writers and photographers worldwide, and includes contributions from experts in the field of spirituality, yoga, nutrition, ayurveda and alternative therapies. Tathaastu will be readily available on the high street, stocked by WHSmiths. Due to overwhelming demand Guideline will also be launching Tathaastu magazine in the Netherlands imminently.
