Please find below circular No. 1/2014 which describes the amendments to the Code of Practice for Reporting IR Information. Please note that the title of the Code of Practice has been changed to the Oslo Børs Code of Practice for IR. Attached to the circular is the revised Code of Practice. Companies should apply the revised Code of Practice for their reporting by 1 September 2014.
