Jean Winfield, Managing Director of PR and Marketing agency Jeanius Consulting, was last night presented with the Entrepreneur of 2014 award, at the prestigious WISTA –UK 40th Anniversary Gala Dinner*.
WISTA is an international organisation of women working in the shipping industry. Members include naval architects, maritime lawyers, ship’s engineers, insurance and sale and purchase brokers, claims adjusters and many others working both directly in the industry and providing services to the industry. WISTA-UK, the oldest of all the national WISTA associations, was formed in 1974 and this year celebrates its 40th anniversary.
Jeanius Consulting was set up by business development and PR & marketing specialist Jean Winfield in late September 2013, and has grown at such a rapid pace that both the size of the team and the office space has since doubled.
