13/10/2014 – BKK lists the first green bond issue on Oslo Børs today.
The bond loan that is admitted to listing today – BKK AS 14/21 FRN – is an issue of NOK 2, 000 million with a floating interest rate of 3 month NIBOR + 0, 59 %, with maturity in October 2021. SEB is the manager for the issue.
The framework for BKK’s green bond is provided by Centre for International Climate and Environmental Research (CICERO).
