Tickets available for ‘A Night of Adventure’ London Shipping Dinner in aid of seafarers in need
‘A Night of Adventure’ is taking place on board the Cutty Sark in Greenwich, London, on Thursday 25th June 2015.
Guests will be regaled with stories from some truly inspirational adventurers including solo Atlantic rower, Debra Searle, and renowned author of best-seller ‘Down to the Sea in Ships’, Horatio Clare.
The evening will begin with a drinks reception and live music as the sun sets over the top deck. Following an opportunity to take in the Cutty Sark’s history, guests will be served delicious food and wine in the beautiful dry berth, enjoy a live auction and hear epic tales from the guest speakers.
This is the perfect occasion to entertain clients and colleagues in a relaxed setting whilst raising valuable funds to support seafarers in need across the globe. The proceeds from the dinner will support Sailors’ Society’s vital work helping the world’s 1.5 million seafarers at home, in port and at sea, through the delivery of chaplaincy, education and the relief of poverty and distress.
