It was George Anomeritis, the President and CEO of the PPA – Piraeus Port Authority (OLP) during the last session of the Economist’s 19th Roundtable on Greece last Friday the 15th of May, who announced the arrival of  the third largest cruise ship in the world, The Quantum of the Seas, one of RCI’s …big babes! 

With an LOA (length over all) measuring 347 meters, the  vessel can accommodate up to 4, 905 passengers in 2, 090 cabins. She has a complement for 1, 500 crew members  an she berthed in Pireaus, Greece’s largest port at 11:00 this a.m. this morning, becoming the largest newbuilding cruise ship to visit Piraeus!
