The Board of Oslo Børs approves Hugo Games and Pioneer Property Group for listing

oslo bors17/06/2015 – At its meeting on 17 June 2015, the Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Hugo Games A/S and the preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA to listing on Oslo Axess.

Shares in Hugo Games to be listed on Oslo Axess
The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the shares in Hugo Games A/S to listing on Oslo Axess. The Board stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must raise at least NOK 23.5 million of new capital through its planned primary share issue. The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 31 July 2015.

The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit the preference shares in Pioneer Property Group ASA to listing on Oslo Axess. The Board stipulated that the company prior to the first day of listing must satisfy the requirement for the number of shareholders as set out in Section 2.4.2 of the Oslo Axess Listing Rules. The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to fix the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 31 July 2015.
