09/12/2015 – The Board of Directors of Oslo Børs resolved to admit shares in NEXT Biometrics Group ASA to listing on Oslo Børs as a transfer of listing from Oslo Axess.The Board stipulated that prior to the first day of listing the company must publish an approved prospectus in accordance with Section 7-2 of the Securities Trading Act.
The Board authorised the Chief Executive Officer of Oslo Børs to determine the date of the first day of listing, which is to be no later than 22 January 2016.
