Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife gave a lecture to the students of the Master in Law, Maritime Business and Port Management at the Polytechnic University of Barcelona (UPC), being welcomed by the Director, Prof. Germán de Melo
This Master is a reference point for all professionals who want to develop their careers in the fields of business, maritime law and port management.
