| Dead ship tow |

| There will be a dead ship tow of the derrick barge TETRA HEDRON (394 feet length overall, 118 feet wide and 200 feet tall) commencing at approximately 0600 on Monday, February 29, 2016.The TETRA HEDRON will be towed from the sea buoy to BAE Shipyard by the tug CROSBY GUARDIAN with assist tugs provided by local harbor tugs.The contact person for the operation for Bletsch Steamship Company is Mr. Mike Bletcsh and he can be reached at(832) 309-1917.
The HARVEY GUARDIAN and the TETRA HEDRON will have bar pilots onboard for the entire operation and will be standing by on VHF/FM channels 13 and 16. The transit will be made in daylight hours and should take 7 to 10 hours necessitating one way traffic for that time.
