| The Port of Fujairah has issued a reminder that only one shipping agent is allowed to register a ship with the port.In its Notice to Agents No.10/2016 dated 10 March 2016, the port states that it is getting multiple vessel nominations from different agents for single vessels. Multiple agents for a single vessel are not allowed and the same is against port procedures.Receiving multiple ISPS forms and ship related documents from different agents would confuse the Control Tower and lead to a delay in permissions being granted.For information about operations in Fujairah contact GAC Fujairah at fujairah@gac.com |
