Capt. Antonio M. Padrón y Santiago, “IMO Maritime Ambassador” and Maritime Authority of Tenerife, attended the traditional reception on board the JUAN SEBASTIAN DE ELCANO together with representatives of several maritime institutions of Tenerife

Among other authorities, were present Prof. Nicolas Marichal, Dean of the Polytechnic School of Engineering (University of La Laguna), Dr. Antonio Burgos, Director of the Nautical School of Tenerife, Capt. Juan A. Rojas, Professor at the Nautical School of Tenerife and Mr. José L. Dominguez, Branch Manager of the Royal Spanish Naval League (RLNE) in Tenerife.
