Comprising a number of special events and activities, Stories of Greek Enogastronomy invites passengers to indulge on Greece’s best delicacies on all departure dates in September and October 2016.
For the final segment of its 2016 themed cruises, Celestyal Cruises has arranged an array of events to give its passengers the opportunity to explore the authentic taste of Greece – passengers will sample more than 40 Greek cheeses, as well as a plethora of Greek wines and spirits and signature Greek dishes, some of which they will learn how to cook. With individual departures focusing on Greek olive oil, Greek pastry as well as authentic cheese and wine, Celestyal Cruises offer the best way to discover Greece’s amazing gastronomy whilst enjoying some late summer sun in some of the most Iconic Greek destinations.
The first Enogastronomy cruise will focus on Authentic Greek Spirits, including Ouzo, Tsipouro & Liqueurs. The seven day Iconic Aegean itinerary departs Athens on 2nd September, visiting six Greek islands, including Mykonos with its beautiful beaches, iconic windmills and great restaurant scene, as well as Santorini, where passengers can visit historical wineries and taste some of the best wine in Greece whilst enjoying the island’s dramatic views.
With average temperatures in September and October ranging from 18 to 27 Celsius and less crowded beaches, the Aegean is the perfect destination to enjoy the last of the summer sun.
