ATLANTIC CARRIER and the ROGE ROV SYSTEM: We continue to expand the offshore capabilities for the ROGE ROV. This time, cable tracking using the TSS350 installed onto the ROGE ROV provided excellent results as the stability and heading control way exceeded that offered by a free flying ROV. This was followed by mattress lay using the MDS3 Mattress Lay System (3 matts at a time!). Finally, the ROGE ROV is used to survey and inspected the installations with her subsea HD cameras and SONAR. Thank you to our charterers, the subsea contractors – we are pleased have been able to support your operations with the ROGE ROV system! We are “NUMBER 1” in the world for ROGE ROV systems and operations with the longest track history of offshore operations for boulder removal and sub sea operations. Over 26,000 boulders removed in the past 4 years! Our 3 ROGE ROV systems have been on the following projects over the past 6 months:
