| The Houston Pilot Office advised that the Ship Channel was only open to outbound traffic early this morning (7 December) due to fog.Further, the Coast Guard has directed no vessel movements on the Houston Ship Channel between San Jacinto Junction Light SJ and Houston Ship Channel Light 130 from 1000-1400LT in order for a dredge pipeline to be submerged across the Channel at Light 127.
