Capt. Antonio M. Padrón, IMO Maritime Ambassador and Maritime Authority of Tenerife, participated in the “1st Iberoamerican Offshore Congress” held in Venezuela
The Congress was organized by the CONSORCIO COSTA AFUERA, under the slogan “Towards a comprehensive regulation of the offshore rigs”.
Capt. Antonio M. Padrón, participated by means of videoconference with a lecture titled “The Regulatory Role of the International Maritime Organization (IMO) in the Offshore Industry”, also accompanied by Mr. Jonathan Pérez, Director of HIDRAMAR and TENERIFE SHIPYARDS who spoke on “Naval repairs in the Offshore industry”.
