Hafslund ASA to be delisted from Oslo Børs

Hafslund ASA has in letter dated 3 August 2017 pursuant to the Continuing Obligations section 15.1 (4), cf. the Stock Exchange Act section 25 (1), applied for delisting of the company’s shares, A- and B-shares, from Oslo Børs.

Oslo Børs has on 3 August 2017 passed the following resolution: “The shares of Hafslund ASA, A- and B-shares, will be delisted from Oslo Børs on 7 August 2017. Last day of listing will be 4 August 2017.”
