| Effective from 1 January 2018, port tariffs at Novorossiysk Sheskharis, IPP Gasoil and Fuel Oil terminals have significantly changed, as follows:
Mooring/unmooring service, Towage inward and outward, Fire boat, Booms deployment/removal are no longer invoiced separately. The terminals will introduce the so-called ‘all-inclusive mooring service’, which includes all above services with the unified tariff of USD 0.183 per cub. m of Conditional volume. Conditional volume is obtained by multiplying LOA x Beam x Mld depth. Overtime surcharges are no longer be applied. Any shiftings within the boundaries of the terminals or shiftings to the roads due to bad weather are included in this tariff at no extra cost.
