Krishnapatnam Port Company have advised that the Force Majeure declared due to the impact of Storms Nivar and Burvei on port operations is effective from 8 December 2020, not 25 November as previously advised.

Cyclone Alert Stage 2 set

The Port of Dampier is now at Cyclone Alert Stage 2 in preparation for Tropical Low 02U which was yesterday (9 December) located 260km east of Christmas Island in position 11.6S 109.9E.
The system is steadily tracking southeasterly towards the Pilbara and this is expected to continue over the coming days. The speed of motion is forecast to accelerate further today and the system is expected to cross the east Pilbara coast tomorrow.

Crude flow to port uninterrupted by pipeline bombings
