IMCA’s Asia Pacific and Middle East & India regional committees present a webinar focusing on market, technical and regional updates

Registration is open for the International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA) joint Asia Pacific and Middle East & India Webinar taking place on 17 March (start time 08:00 GMT). The event, hosted by both IMCA’s Asia Pacific and IMCA’s Middle East & India Regional Committees, focuses on current and topical issues and provides an opportunity for IMCA members to hear the latest on the work of IMCA alongside guest speakers.
As Nick Hough, Technical Adviser IMCA explained:
“Our first webinar of the year will lead with a brief update from our Chief Executive, Allen Leatt on IMCA’s work and will be followed by guest speakers:
· Mike Liddell of Fugro will present on ‘The Benefit of an Industry Specification on USBL system Calibration’ on behalf of IMCA’s Offshore Survey Committee.
· Margaret Fitzgerald, IMCA will focus on ‘Rising to the challenge of COVID-19 – the Neptune Declaration and the seafarer’s experience’.
· Nina Su of Siemens Gamesa, will provide an update on offshore renewables from the G+ APAC group.
