Two new members join the board following 2022 elections.
April 1 marks the start of a new term for the Board of IBIA, and this year we welcome a new chair,
vice-chair and treasurer. Following the board 2022 elections, we also welcome two new members to
the board.
Timothy Cosulich of Fratelli Cosulich takes over as the chair of IBIA, Constantinos Capetanakis of
Starbulk, will be the new vice-chair of IBIA, while Adrian Tolson, Blue Insight, USA will take over as
Treasurer.

IBIA is also pleased to welcome two new women members to the Board following the recent
election of Valeria Sessa of Reseaworld and Anna Stefanou of PMG Holding. Timothy Cosulich and
Eugenia Benavides of Terpel were re-elected for a second term.
