Following the publishing of the government’s latest Covid-19 response, ‘Living with Covid-19’, on 21 February, updated guidance from the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has been provided and applied in England since 1 April. In this article, which is an update of our March article “Living with Covid – what does this mean for employers?”, we look at how the updated guidance impacts on employers and some of the options open to them.
