A Joint Industry Project investigated various future retrofitting options for a modern LNG carrier design to meet future decarbonization targets. A number of different scenarios and technologies were studied and applied to DNV’s FuelPath Model to determine the most promising and economically feasible strategy, accounting for various fuel price levels and uncertainties.
