Now Accepting Submissions for theMarine Environment Protection Awards
NAMEPA is now accepting nominations for the 2022 Marine Environment Protection (MEP) Awards. NAMEPA annually recognizes companies, educators, associations, government agencies, academic institutions and individuals whose efforts support out mission to “Save Our Seas”. The 2021 MEP Award Winners included Dorian LPG, NAAEE, Ecochlor, Oceanic, New England Seafarers, Dr. Karen Purnell, Jim Himes, and the Port of Virginia.
Entries for the 2022 MEP Awards are now being accepted. Interested organizations are urged to consider making a submission for one of the 2022 MEP Award categories listed in the Award Criteria. The deadline for the submissions will be September 1st. All submissions will then be carefully reviewed by the NAMEPA Board of Directors and a recipient selected in each qualifying category.
