Titled ‘Insights into seafarer training and skills needed to support a decarbonized shipping industry’, it explores how decarbonization may impact crew member skills and training needs, and how best to support the maritime workforce in making the shift to decarbonized ship operations, depending on the ship propulsion technologies of the future.
