The Michelin Red Guide has withdrawn its third star from one Parisian and one La Rochelle chef. A week before the official announcements of awards, the Michelin Guide leaked news that Guy Savoy loses the third star he had won in 2002. Inspectors have also demoted Christopher Coutanceau, the “Cook-fisherman” from La Rochelle, who they had consecrated in 2020.
